Welcome back once again to the Simple Man Entertainment results post for this weeks “So You Think You Can Dance” show. This post is a little harder for me to write because we are now reviewing the Top 10 dancers on the show.
It is unfortunate that any of these fantastic dancers have to be cut, but that is the rules and the reason for this particular show. Another difference with the Top 10 as opposed to the Top 20 is that the judges no longer have any say in who goes, or who stays.
This is important because it is now up to the mob and the mob rules, and they are fickle as tonight’s show irrevocably proved. Anyway let’s get down to the meat of the matter and talk about tonight’s results shall we.
To start with tonight’s show started off with a Wade Robson oriental routine that was to say the least colorful, entertaining, and well danced, and the choreography was excellent as well. This was another Wade Robson routine that showcased the Top 10 well.
After the opening number Kat Deeley got right down to business and brought the Top 5 girls out on stage to find out which two were in the bottom 2. The two girls in the bottom were unfortunately Randi and Melissa.
Next up were the Top 5 guys and Kat wasted no time at all on this group either. After it was all said and done it turned out that Kupono and Ade were the two male dancers that had wound up in the bottom 2.
Once the next commercial break had been completed each of the dancers in their respective bottom 2 got a chance to dance yet another solo before we all got to find out who were the guy and gal who were going home.
However before we did actually find out we all got to see the Black Eyed Peas perform their hit single “I’ve Got A Feeling” off of their new album The End. As usual the Peas made the whole performance feel like a party what a great performance. I have also blogged about their new album and this song on Simple Man Music.
Of course at the end of the show we all found out that Randi and Kupono were the two dancers going home at the end of the night. I was a little surprised at Randi leaving, but not so surprised at Kupono’s departure.
Do not get me wrong I believe that both Randi and Kupono are great dancers. I just believe that Randi suffered because of her last routine with Kupono, which happened to be his last routine as well. Kupono has always had problems and was in the bottom constantly.
That is all we have for this weeks So You Think You Can Dance but we will be back with more for you all next week. Have a great week and weekend and enjoy the videos too they are my favorites by Kupono and Randi, CIAO4NOW!!!!!
P.S. Nigel graduated tonight so he wasn’t there because he was receiving an honorary degree over in the UK.
